Last Updated: September 1, 2026

Welcome to Behavioral Iridology. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Behavioral Iridology website, products, services, educational materials, and related offerings.

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product or service, or participating in one of our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

Behavioral Iridology is based in Tempe, Arizona, United States, and provides products and services to customers in the United States and internationally.

1. About Behavioral Iridology

Behavioral Iridology provides educational and informational materials and services relating to Behavioral Iridology, including books and other digital publications, assessments, consultations, webinars, training, courses, and related resources.

Behavioral Iridology is an interpretive and educational framework for exploring behavioral patterns, personality, and individual differences.

Our products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
  • Use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with another person’s use of it.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users, our business, or our legal rights.

3. Accounts

You may be able to create an account when using our website.

You may also make purchases as a guest where that option is available.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Products and Services

We offer a variety of products and services, which may include:

  • Digital books and booklets;
  • Assessments;
  • Consultations;
  • Webinars;
  • Courses;
  • Training programs;
  • Educational resources; and
  • Other products or services introduced from time to time.

Descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other product information are provided for informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify offerings, or discontinue products or services.

5. Digital Products

Digital products, including PDF books, booklets, guides, and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials, are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately, we generally cannot accept returns of digital products.

However, if you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us. We prefer to address individual circumstances reasonably and directly and will consider your situation in good faith.

6. Assessments

Assessment purchases and related services are generally non-refundable.

If you have a question or concern about an assessment purchase, please contact us. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate response.

Information submitted as part of an assessment may include information such as date of birth, responses to questions, and iris photographs. The collection and use of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Consultations

Consultations and related services are subject to the appointment information provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ prior notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

If circumstances arise that prevent you from providing 24 hours’ notice, please contact us. We understand that unexpected situations happen and will consider the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

That preserves your 24-hour rule while also keeping the human approach you wanted: the policy is clear, but you’re not locking yourself into refusing to help someone when there’s a genuine unforeseen circumstance.

8. Webinars, Courses, and Training

Webinars, courses, training programs, and other educational offerings may have individual enrollment, access, scheduling, cancellation, or participation terms.

Those terms may be provided on the applicable product or registration page and are incorporated into these Terms when applicable.

If you have a question or concern about an enrollment or educational offering, please contact us.

9. Payments

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

WooCommerce provides e-commerce functionality for our website, including shopping carts, checkout, order processing, and related functions.

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your purchase.

We do not generally receive or store complete payment-card information ourselves.

10. Orders

An order submitted through the website is a request to purchase the applicable product or service.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of an error in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, availability issues, or other circumstances affecting the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable law.

If you believe you received an incorrect product or experienced a problem with your order, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

11. No Returns of Physical Products

At this time, our offerings are primarily digital products and services, and we do not generally sell physical products requiring return shipment.

If a physical product becomes available in the future, its applicable return, shipping, and refund terms will be stated on the relevant product page or in an applicable policy.

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us so that we can determine an appropriate resolution.

12. Educational and Informational Disclaimer

Behavioral Iridology is presented as an educational and interpretive framework for exploring personality, behavioral patterns, and individual differences.

Our website, products, assessments, consultations, training, courses, webinars, and other services are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Behavioral Iridology should not be used as a substitute for medical care, mental-health care, psychological services, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical, psychological, or mental-health concern, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may have a medical emergency, contact appropriate emergency services or seek immediate professional care.

For additional information, please see our Behavioral Iridology Disclaimer.

13. Iris Photographs and Submitted Information

Some products and services may allow or require you to submit photographs of your eyes, date of birth, assessment responses, or other information.

Iris photographs are used to examine and interpret visible patterns in the iris as part of the Behavioral Iridology framework.

We do not use submitted iris photographs for medical diagnosis or biometric identification.

You should only submit information that you are authorized to provide.

If you submit information or photographs concerning another person, you represent that you have the appropriate permission or authority to provide that information and to authorize its use for the applicable service.

Additional information about how submitted information is handled is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

Unless we expressly permit otherwise, you may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute our materials;
  • Resell or commercially exploit our materials;
  • Upload our materials to unauthorized websites or services;
  • Remove copyright or other proprietary notices;
  • Create derivative works for commercial purposes; or
  • Share paid materials with people who have not purchased or otherwise been authorized to access them.

You may use purchased materials for your own personal, educational, or otherwise authorized use, subject to the terms applicable to the particular offering.

15. Courses, Training, and Educational Materials

Where a course or training program provides access to protected educational materials, that access is provided to the purchaser or authorized participant only.

You may not share account credentials, course access, recordings, downloads, or other restricted materials with individuals who have not been authorized to access them.

Specific programs may have additional terms concerning access periods, certification, completion requirements, or permitted use.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, scheduling platforms, and other services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Behavioral Iridology is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

17. International Customers

We welcome customers from the United States and other countries.

If you access our website or purchase our products or services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

International customers may also be responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other governmental fees associated with a transaction where applicable.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be available or uninterrupted;
  • The website will be free from errors;
  • All information will always be complete or current; or
  • A particular product, service, assessment, educational program, or interpretation will produce a particular result.

We make no warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Behavioral Iridology and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Behavioral Iridology and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of another person’s rights.

We may also update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the applicable courts and legal procedures permitted under Arizona law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to you.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
