At Behavioral Iridology, we want you to feel good about your experience with us. Our products and services are different in nature, so refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on what you purchase.
If you have a question, concern, or problem with a purchase or service, please contact us. We believe most situations can be resolved through a reasonable conversation, and we will consider individual circumstances in good faith.
Digital products, including PDF books, booklets, guides, and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials, are non-refundable as a general policy.
Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded after purchase, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds once a digital product has been purchased.
If you experience a problem with your purchase or believe there is an issue with the product or your access to it, please contact us. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Assessment purchases are generally non-refundable.
If you have a question or concern about an assessment, your purchase, your access, or the assessment process, please contact us. We will consider the circumstances and work with you toward a reasonable resolution where possible.
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
If you cancel or request a rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, the consultation is not eligible for a refund under our standard policy.
If you miss an appointment without notice, the appointment is likewise not eligible for a refund under our standard policy.
If you need to reschedule following a late cancellation or missed appointment, you may arrange a new appointment at your own expense through the available scheduling process.
If an unexpected or unusual circumstance prevented you from providing the required notice, please contact us. We understand that circumstances can arise, and we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.
Webinar purchases are generally non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a webinar or experience an issue with registration, access, or participation, please contact us. We will consider the circumstances and determine what options may be available.
Where a recording or other access is included with a webinar purchase, the applicable product or registration information will explain how and for how long that access is provided.
Enrollment in courses, training programs, and other educational offerings is generally non-refundable.
Individual programs may have additional terms concerning enrollment, access, scheduling, completion, or participation. Where applicable, those terms will be provided with the specific offering.
If you have a concern about a course or training purchase, please contact us. We will consider the circumstances and work with you toward a reasonable resolution where possible.
If you receive something other than what you purchased, cannot access something you purchased, encounter a technical problem, or believe there is another issue with your order or service, please contact us.
We’ll review what happened and work with you to correct the problem or determine an appropriate resolution.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method selected.
Approved refunds, when applicable, will generally be returned through the original payment method.
Processing times for refunds may depend on the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
