Refund Policy

At Behavioral Iridology, we provide digital products and services, including webinars, e-books, and training programs.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally considered final. However, we aim to handle refund requests with fairness and reasonable discretion.


2. Digital Products (E-books, Downloads)

All purchases of digital products, including e-books and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

This is because digital content cannot be “returned” once delivered.


3. Webinars and Training Programs

Live Webinars

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled event to be eligible.
  • If you miss a live webinar, no refund will be issued, but access to a recording may be provided if available.

Recorded Webinars / Training Programs

  • Due to immediate access, these are generally non-refundable.
  • Exceptions may be considered within [7–14 days] of purchase if:
    • You experience technical issues that prevent access, or
    • The product was not delivered as described

4. Subscription or Ongoing Programs (if applicable)

If you later offer subscriptions, you can include:

  • You may cancel at any time
  • No partial refunds for unused billing periods

(We can refine this later if needed.)


5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Billing errors
  • Verified technical issues

All decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

7. Chargebacks
